My name is Chris. I am Certified Personal Trainer in the DC Metro Area. My goal is to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals in a a manner that best fits your lifestyle, preferences, and unique needs. I understand health and fitness it’s not always easy, but being proactive about your diet and getting proper exercise, you can live longer, have a healthier life…. And i’m just the person you can trust to guide you through it.

“Chris is awesome. He has gone out of his way to accommodate my ridiculous schedule as a single parent. He personalizes each workout, as well as a nutrition plan, and follows up to make sure it’s something you are able to stick with. I have never worked with a personal trainer before, and I’m probably not the easiest client, but Chris is approachable and friendly and he actually listens. Signing up for a personal trainer was daunting to me, because I thought someone was going to bark orders at me, but Chris is the exact opposite. I appreciate his calm demeanor, and he is able to push me further in my workouts without treating me like an Army recruit. That might work for some people, but it definitely would’ve prevented me from coming back. I planned on learning just a few techniques to apply at home, and only intended on working with Chris for a week, but his level of motivation has made me change my mind, and I’m working with him once a week now to stay on task with my goals. Highly recommend him, and if the other trainers at Jones4Fitness are anything like him, don’t hesitate to give them a chance.”

“I have had a great experience working with Chris. He is very informative and explains all of the workouts in great detail. I also like how he has different workouts for each day so it does not get repetitive and keeps me excited for the next time we work out. He is very patient and will show/explain the exercise to you until you get the correct form. He has also been great with giving me pointers with my diet and what to do on the days we are not working out together. “Chris helped me train for about a month and I have learnt so much from the sessions. He taught me the basics of strength training and how I could combine that along with my cardio sessions. I was getting very bored of my treadmill and Chris encouraged me to try new techniques to boost my training so that i could get a kick out of my work outs! He introduced me to circuits.
